Role: Desktop Support_L2

Location: Lisbon, On-Site - Portugal

Required skills:

• Creation and/or handling of Incidents and Service Requests 1st line
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 7, 10, 11)
• Workstation configuration, including images, drivers, printers, and network setup
• Periodic updates of workstations
• Liaison with third-party vendors
• Basic hardware replacement operations on workstations (RAM, HDD, etc.)
• Evaluation of user equipment performance
• User account configuration: AD, VPN, and corporate applications
• Support for Office 365
• Infrastructure monitoring to assist 2nd line support
• Tracking of Incidents and Service Requests in the EasyVista platform to monitor SLA compliance
• Following client processes, updating, and organizing relevant documentation
