Role: IT Workplace & Support Analyst

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon

Required Skills:

• 2–5 years of experience in operational IT support, specifically with end users and critical systems
• Hands-on expertise in workplace management and collaboration/meeting-room solutions
• Proven track record of providing high-level VIP and executive support with a focus on seamless user experience
• Strong ability to coordinate with external suppliers and internal technical teams to resolve issues rapidly
• Excellent organizational and priority management skills in high-demand, mission-critical environments
• Outstanding communication and proactive problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility and composure when working in high-pressure or critical operational contexts
