Role: Cybersecurity and Management Systems Support Services

Location: Hybrid, Porto, Portugal

Responsibilities:

• Control Validation (LOD 1.5): Validate control evidence, assess maturity, and drive improvements with control owners.
• Audit Management: Lead preparation and execution for internal/external audits (ISO 27001, 22301, 9001, & Digital Seal).
• Continuous Improvement: Manage Non-Conformities (NCs) and Opportunities for Improvement (OFIs) through to closure.
• Governance & Reporting: Maintain IMS documentation (~200 docs), report on ISMS KPIs, and respond to client security questionnaires.

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of experience
• Deep expertise in ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and ISO 9001.
• Experience in Internal Auditing and certification lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of QNRCS/Digital Seal frameworks is a plus
