Role: Business Support & Ticketing Management

Required skills:

• Expertise in a relevant field (e.g. HR, information technology)
• 2-5 years of expertise in business analysis or consulting
• Service with expertise of HR processes and regulations
• Service with capability to operate collaboratively in a team environment
• English working environment and English context Mandatory
• French working environment and French context Nice to have
