Senior Devops/Platform Engineer

Role: Senior Devops/Platform Engineer

Location: Remote but must be able to fly to Lisbon every quarter to work at the office some days.

Required skills:

- 5+ years of DevOps/Platform engineering experience with production

systems

- Deep AWS expertise - extensive experience with AWS services, particularly

Lambda

- Serverless Framework proficiency - hands-on experience building and

deploying serverless applications

- Strong Terraform skills - Infrastructure as Code for AWS resource

management and provisioning

- AWS services expertise: RDS, VPC, IAM, Cognito, API Gateway, CloudWatch

Proficiency in CI/CD tools and practices (GitHub Actions preferred)

Startup mindset - comfortable building infrastructure without existing

blueprints

- High ownership - you take responsibility for system reliability and

proactively prevent issues

- Security-conscious - understanding of security best practices for

financial applications

- Business engagement - ability to translate business requirements into

infrastructure solutions

- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar)
