Role: Workplace Engineer (Windows / Modern Workplace)
Location: Hybrid, Lisbon (2x/week onsite)

Required skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in Workplace / Windows Engineering

  • Experience managing centralized Windows configurations, policies, and user profiles
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Edge / Chrome, and
  • Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience managing Microsoft 365 from a device and endpoint configuration perspective
  • Strong experience with Active Directory, including OUs and GPOs (users and computers)

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune

  • Experience preparing and managing remote software deployments

  • Experience validating and certifying software for enterprise PC environments
  • Experience providing 3rd line support for complex Windows configuration issues

  • Ability to work with vendors and partners when required

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Good communication skills and ability to work in engineering teams

  • Proactive mindset and willingness to continuously learn

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of macOS

  • Experience with Android and Apple mobile device configurations

  • Basic networking knowledge

  • Knowledge of endpoint security best practices

Additional note:

  • This role is not focused on Help Desk or Field Support
