Senior Genesys Engineer / Developer

Role: Senior Genesys Engineer / Developer

Location: Hybrid, Porto/Lisbon, Portugal

Required skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys On-Premise, including Framework, Routing/URS, Reporting, and Genesys Composer/IVR.
• Strong knowledge of VoIP and telephony, particularly SIP, RTP, SDP, and SBCs.
• Experience with Genesys Info Mart (GIM) and SQL databases such as MS SQL or Oracle.
• Experience developing integrations using REST APIs/Web Services and connecting telephony platforms with external systems.
• Experience with React.js or similar frontend frameworks is a strong plus.
• Experience or strong interest in migration from Genesys On-Premise to Diabolocom/CCaaS is highly valued.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with experience providing L3 technical support.
• Fluent English mandatory; French is a strong plus.
