Role: Salesforce Project Manager

Location: Hybrid, Porto

Required Skills:

• At least 5 years of experience leading CRM service projects from analysis through implementation and hypercare
• Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and experience migrating or defining processes from Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) with the ability to manage backlogs and work items in Azure DevOps
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Experience facilitating workshops and coordinating global, cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Technical familiarity with process modeling tools, integration concepts (APIs), and data migration workflows
• Fluent English communication skills with a focus on stakeholder management and conflict resolution
