Role: Incident Management and Major Incidents

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon, Portugal

Required skills:

• 4+ years of professional experience
• Experience in Incident Management and Critical Incidents
• Familiar with ITIL/IT Service Management practices, capable of coordinating end-to-end incidents, managing priorities, mobilizing technical equipment, and ensuring clear communication with technical and business stakeholders
• Experience managing SLAs/KPIs, facilitating war rooms when necessary, and monitoring actions until incident closure
• Critical ability to analyze incidents daily to identify trends and recurrences
• Knowledge of the Integration with other ITIL practices, i.e., Problem Management, Release and Change Management, Event Management, and Service Desk
• Must be able to coordinate a small operational team, manage priorities in a high-pressure context, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, procedures, communication models, reports, and escalation mechanisms.
