Role: RPA Developer

Location: 100% Remote Portugal

Required skills:

• 2 - 5 years experience in IT operations, systems administration, or information security roles.
• Bachelors Degree in computer Science, Finance or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience in Automation Project Management or Business Analysis eliminatory
• Proven experience designing and deploying process automation using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, AI Builder)
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems integration and data flow automation
• Solid understanding of process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Power BI Process Mining, or UiPath Process Mining)
• Knowledge of AI and cognitive automation capabilities (e.g., document understanding, generative AI, natural language processing, or intelligent chatbots)
• Experience in Data, System, and Process Mapping with strong analytical modelling skills
• Ability to create, manage, and report on complex product or automation roadmaps efficiently
• Background in Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies (Kaizen, Six Sigma, or Design Thinking)
• Experience working within Agile and Hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) project environments
• Familiarity with scripting or low-code solution design for automation scalability and governance
