Role: Costumer Success Management

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon, Portugal

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in similar roles;
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and/or SAS (or other database tools);
  • Experience in building reports and dashboards using Power BI or Excel (preferred);
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Team-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Good command of English (a plus).
