Role: Director of Systems

Location: Lisbon, Onsite

Required Skills:

• 2–4 years of experience as a System Engineer, providing end-user support and managing IT infrastructure
• Skilled in servers, networks, switches, routers, PCs, mobility devices, and software installation/migrations
• Experience with desktop backups, data migration, and maintaining secure server environments, including preventive maintenance
• Knowledge of security best practices, encryption, patch deployment, and compliance audits
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud-integrated environments
• Conducting periodic inventories of applications and hardware, and supporting infrastructure and applications
• Experience creating detailed reports, proposals, project plans, and cost models for clients
• Strong client-facing experience with the ability to provide technical guidance and escalate issues when required
• Proactive problem-solving and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth IT operations
