Role: Senior DB2 Administrator.

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar areas;
• Min. 10 years of experience as a DB2 Administrator;
• The ideal candidate should have:
  
  • Solid hands-on experience with IBM DB2 (z/OS or LUW), including SQL, performance tuning, and data extraction;
    
  • Good understanding of data privacy and masking concepts;
    
  • Experience working with structured data in enterprise-level environments;
  • Familiarity with IBM Optim - Data Privacy and Test Data Management modules (plus);
    
  • Scripting skills in Shell or Python  (plus);
    
  • Background in test data management or QA environments (plus);
    
• Problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail;
• Analytic professional, with critical thinking;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
