Role: Scrum Master/Team Coach

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon, Portugal

Required skills:

• 10+ years of experience, including at least 5 years as a Scrum Master, with a strong grasp of agile frameworks like Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.
• You have excellent communication skills, a servant leadership mindset, and proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
• You're certified (e.g., CSM, PSM I) 
• You're an analytical thinker, comfortable in dynamic environments, and eager to drive team performance and agile maturity across the organization.
