Role: Microsoft Customer Insights Specialist.

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar areas;
• Min. 2 years of hands-on experience in roles involving Microsoft Customer Insights;
• Proven track record delivering projects involving customer data unification and analysis;
• Strong technical expertise with Microsoft Customer Insights, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Dataverse, Power BI, Azure (Azure Data Services, Azure Synapse, etc.), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Big Data technologies, Advanced Analytics/Machine Learning tools;
• Problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail;
• Analytic professional, with critical thinking;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
