Role: Release Manager.

Location: Remote, Portugal.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar areas;
• Min. 5 years of experience as a Release Manager;
• Experience managing and coordinating the software release lifecycle;
• Ability to plan, schedule, and oversee software deployments;
• Strong coordination skills with development, QA, operations, and business teams;
• Proven ability to identify and resolve release-related issues/risks;
• Experience preparing and managing release documentation;
• Skilled in monitoring and validating deployment processes;
• Strong communication skills to report release status and risks to stakeholders;
• Familiarity with post-release review and continuous improvement practices;
• Experience in the following tools: JIRA, ServiceNow, Rally, Jenkins, Bamboo, Azure DevOps, Git, Bitbucket, Octopus Deploy, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Confluence;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
