Role: Dynamics 365 Field Service Consultant.

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar areas;
• Min. 3 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Field Service Consultant;
• Experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing the Field Service app (Dynamics 365);
• Ability to configure dashboards and reports in Power BI or Dynamics;
• Experience defining key performance indicators (KPIs);
• Skilled in configuring the Schedule Board (managing resources, territories, skills, shifts, and automatic scheduling rules);
• Ability to guide dispatchers in using the scheduling tool;
• Knowledge of configuring asset models, locations, customer associations, and maintenance history;
• Experience setting up preventive maintenance agreements and automated work orders based on time or usage;
• Ability to configure alerts, automated workflows (Power Automate), and performance reports;
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail;
• Analytic professional, responsible and with critical thinking;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
• Mandatory fluency (spoken and written).
