Role: Storage and Backup Administrator.

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar areas;
• Min. 3 years of experience as a Storage and Backup Administrator;
• Experience in the design, implementation, and management of backup solutions (Backup Exec, Avamar, DELL EMC DataDomain, Networker, Veeam);
• Manage tape storage and archiving policies;
• Create business continuity plans, conduct disaster recovery simulations, optimize databases and applications, and ensure compliance through audits;
• Maintain and manage infrastructure diagrams;
• Oversee all aspects of backup infrastructure;
• Install and manage enterprise storage systems (NetApp, HP 3PAR, HP Alletra);
• Perform live and offline storage migrations across VMWARE, Hyper-V, and PROXMOX;
• Manage and resolve storage-related incidents and communicate resolutions;
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail;
• Analytic professional, with critical thinking;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
• Fluency in Portuguese  and English (spoken and written).
