Role: QA Automation Mobile Senior

Location: 100% Remote, Portugal

Required skills:

• 8 years of experience in mobile application test automation
• Solid knowledge of the SDLC and the testing lifecycle
• Test strategy definition, risk and dependency analysis, anomaly management, entry and exit criteria, and quality reporting.
• Solid knowledge of the different testing phases and test types to be applied.
• Ability to organize testing activities and initially execute them manually with the goal of automating them.
• Ability to implement a mobile test automation strategy across multiple teams - (Important)
• Mobile Automation Testing:
• Ability to set up a mobile automation project and integrate it with CI/CD - (Important)
• Proven experience developing automated tests using tools such as Appium, Expresso, and XCUITest
• OS guidelines (HIG for Mobile Devices), platform-specific UI/UX principles
• Skills for validating accessibility, compatibility, and usability in a mobile context
• Solid experience in device management and emulation systems
• Knowledge of app distribution systems (e.g., Google Console, TestFlight), app performance, and crash analytics systems (Crash Analytics Systems, Firebase App Distribution)
• Managing and collecting feedback from mobile app users to define future improvements (AppStore, GooglePlay)
• olid knowledge of cloud-based/microservices/API architectures and the ability to integrate mobile testing into this context
