Role: Functional Analyst

Location: Hybrid, Porto

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a Functional Analyst role within an agile software development environment
• Proven ability to create analysis models and documentation that bridge the gap between business requirements and technical teams
• Strong expertise in gathering information from stakeholders and translating technical limitations to non-technical users
• Proficiency in traditional analysis methodologies applied within Agile, Scrum, or iterative frameworks
• Fluent English communication skills, including the ability to produce high-quality technical and functional documentation
• Experience with software testing basics and an understanding of test automation principles
• Ability to standardize methodologies, processes, and tools while mentoring junior colleagues
• Background or knowledge in the accounting and tax domain is considered a significant plus
