Role: Systems and Database Management Technician

Location: On-Site, Porto, Portugal

Required skills:

  • At least 4-5 years of experience as a systems administrator or in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Microsoft certifications or other certifications are highly valued.
  • Advanced knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking, virtualization, and systems monitoring and management tools.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with internal teams, vendors, and partners.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues before they cause significant impact.
  • Collaborate effectively with all teams.
  • Accurate execution of tasks and maintenance of critical systems.
  • Interest in learning new technologies and staying abreast of IT industry trends.
