Role: Senior Atlassian Delivery Consultant

Location: Hybrid, Portugal

Required skills:

• Strong product knowledge of the Atlassian Teamwork Collection (Jira, Confluence and Loom)
• Solid knowledge of the Atlassian Strategy and Service Collections
• Strong understanding of the differences between Atlassian Data Center and Cloud deployments
• Proven experience planning and executing Atlassian migrations and system harmonizations
• Experience configuring and administering Atlassian solutions, including complex workflows, schemas and automations
• Experience with REST API, ScriptRunner and Automation
• Experience designing complex Atlassian solutions and implementing best practices
• Experience with enterprise service management, scaling and reporting solutions
• Experience leading technical client workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Strong analytical and consulting skills
• Experience using LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot and Rovo) in project delivery
• Fluent in German and English

Nice to have:

• Atlassian certifications (Sales and/or Technical Delivery Accreditation)
• Additional technical or methodological certifications (e.g. Scrum)
• Knowledge of Forge/Connect and CI/CD interfaces
• Experience with Generative AI, LLM agents and enterprise automation solutions
• Basic knowledge of software development / OOP (Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C# or PowerShell)
• Experience building integrated Atlassian solutions using core products and marketplace apps
• Experience with governance and compliance requirements in regulated environments
