Role: AI Transformation Specialist 

Location: Hybrid Porto

Required skills:

• 4+ Years of Experience 
• Demonstrated experience implementing AI solutions within a SDLC context
• Proven track record developing AI-powered solutions and automation workflows in Python
• Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) architecture and server development
• Experience guiding teams through technology transitions and digital/AI transformation programs
• Background in financial services or regulated environments is a plus
