Role: ServiceNow Product Owner

Location: Hybrid, Porto Portugal

Required skills:

• 5+ Years Experience
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Consultant, Product Owner, or similar role in large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, or CSM modules (e.g., Incident, Change, HR Case, or Customer Service).
• Solid understanding of demand management and product lifecycle, with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple stakeholder needs.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable outcomes.
