We are seeking a meticulous and strategic Corporate Finance professional to join a prominent diversified energy and infrastructure conglomerate in Indonesia. In this impactful role, you will be part of a dynamic finance team supporting operations across diverse business units such as coal, geothermal, solar, telecommunications and infrastructure, chemical trading, and more all under a culture that values innovation, sustainability, and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive financial planning and analysis (FP&A), forecasting, and budgeting across multiple business streams, from mining and energy to digital services and chemicals.
- Lead capital allocation processes, evaluating proposed capital expenditures (CapEx) and investment opportunities aligned with the companys strategic transformation agenda in renewable energy, data infrastructure, and digital platforms.
- Support and manage corporate financing activities, including bond and sukuk issuances, debt structuring, and investor relations initiatives (e.g., obtaining credit ratings, liaising with rating agencies).
- Oversee treasury functions: cash management, liquidity forecasting, funding strategy across subsidiaries, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory finance policies.
- Conduct financial modeling for strategic projects
- Collaborate closely with business unit heads, M&A teams, and senior leadership to analyze financial performance, shape investment decisions, and monitor ROI.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and executive dashboards for internal stakeholders, including senior executives and board-level presentations.
- Contribute to sustainability-linked finance projects, supporting ESG-aligned investment and reporting frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Masters degree or CFA is a strong advantage.
- Min. 3 years of corporate finance experience within large, diversified or infrastructure-based businesses; prior exposure to sectors such as energy, mining, infrastructure, or digital services is highly valued.
- Hands-on experience with corporate funding instruments, including bond and sukuk issuance, ratings, and capital markets.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of operating effectively in a high-paced, multi-sector environment.
- Familiarity with ESG-linked financing frameworks and sustainable investment principles is a plus.
