About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented President Director to lead a well-established engineering and manufacturing company in Indonesia. This executive role is ideal for a seasoned leader with deep industry expertise, strong operational acumen, and a clear vision for long-term business growth and organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Direction: Define and drive the companys overall strategic goals, ensuring alignment with shareholder objectives and market opportunities.

  • Business Operations: Oversee all aspects of operations, including engineering, production, finance, HR, sales, and supply chain, ensuring operational efficiency and high performance.

  • Financial Oversight: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. Ensure fiscal responsibility and strong financial governance.

  • Leadership & People Management: Build and develop a high-performing leadership team. Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.

  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and business development initiatives to expand the companys presence in domestic and regional markets.

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between the company, shareholders, board members, and external partners.

  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure that the organization complies with local regulations, labor laws, environmental standards, and corporate governance practices.

  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, with a focus on quality, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masters degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.

  • Minimum 15 years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role within engineering, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.

  • Strong track record of managing complex operations, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering business growth.

  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian business environment, labor laws, and industrial regulations.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Japanese language skills are a plus.
