Position Overview
We are looking for a high-caliber Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to build, lead, and scale the financial engine of this enterprise.
The CFO will act as a core strategic partner to the CEO and Board, establishing robust financial governance, managing cross-border shareholder dynamics, and driving commercial growth across target verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership & Corporate Governance
- Formulate financial strategies, capital allocation models, and long-term operating plans aligned with the company's mission to deploy enterprise solutions.
- Ensure strict financial compliance, internal controls, and reporting standards that satisfy the governance requirements of both parent entities.
- Manage financial reporting and executive relationship management with the Board of Directors, shareholder representatives, and external auditors.
JV Financial Architecture & Cross-Border Accounting
- Navigate cross-border financial operations, including foreign exchange risk, tax structuring, transfer pricing, and IP/technology licensing models between local and global shareholders.
- Establish an agile FP&A framework tailored to recurring revenue models.
Commercial Execution & Corporate Development
- Partner with commercial leaders to structure complex multi-stakeholder enterprise deals across B2B, B2G, healthcare, and educational institutions.
- Evaluate expansion opportunities, vendor contracts, project financing, and potential strategic investments.
Team Building & Operational Scale
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance, accounting, tax, and procurement organization from the ground up.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 12+ years of progressive financial leadership, with at least 4–5 years in a CFO, VP of Finance, or Finance Director role within tech, software/SaaS, telecom, or high-growth ventures.
- Joint Venture / Multinational Background: Demonstrated track record working within a joint venture or cross-border corporate structure involving foreign technology partners and local conglomerates.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. MBA, CPA, or CFA is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Indonesian tax law, PSAK/IFRS accounting standards, FX hedging, capital structuring, and SaaS unit economics (ARR, LTV, CAC, gross margin analysis).
- Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory. Proficiency in Mandarin is strongly preferred due to frequent engagement with international technical stakeholders.
