About Our Client

As the organization expands its programs, they are looking for a Curriculum Designer to build impactful and scalable learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Curriculum Development

  • Design structured curricula, lesson plans, and learning modules based on memory techniques and cognitive learning strategies
  • Translate abstract learning concepts into practical and engaging classroom activities

2. Curriculum Improvement & Quality Assurance

  • Review and refine existing materials to ensure effectiveness, clarity, and ease of implementation
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all programs

3. Teacher Support & Development

  • Train and mentor instructors on best practices in delivering memory-based learning
  • Provide guidance on creating interactive and experiential classroom environments

4. Learning Effectiveness & Innovation

  • Identify gaps in student engagement and learning outcomes
  • Develop creative strategies to improve retention and overall learning impact

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product and academic teams to integrate technology and modern learning approaches
  • Support the development of scalable and innovative learning solutions

6. Classroom Observation & Feedback

  • Observe program delivery and provide constructive feedback to instructors
  • Ensure alignment between curriculum design and classroom execution

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field

Experience: 3–5 years of teaching, training, or curriculum development experience

Skills & Competencies

  • Experience in developing structured learning materials or programs
  • Familiarity with instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE, Backward Design)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts into practical learning experiences
