About the job Senior Brand Manager
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Brand Manager to lead the development, execution, and performance of key brands within a leading FMCG food and beverage distributor in Indonesia. This role combines strategy and execution from shaping brand positioning to driving market activation ensuring strong brand equity and business growth across diverse channels.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute annual brand plans to achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets.

Lead brand positioning, communication strategies, and activation plans across retail, modern trade, foodservice, and e-commerce channels.

Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI across campaigns and promotional activities.

Collaborate with principals, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to align brand strategies and ensure consistent messaging.

Conduct market research, consumer insights analysis, and competitor tracking to identify growth opportunities.

Drive new product launches and innovations, from concept development to market rollout.

Coordinate with trade marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of brand activities.

Monitor brand performance (KPIs, sales data, market trends) and prepare regular reports for management.
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Masters degree is a plus.
Min. 8 years of brand management or marketing experience in FMCG, preferably in food & beverage.

Proven track record in leading brand campaigns and launching products successfully.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

Excellent project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Effective communicator with proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
