- Identify new market opportunities, white-space retail concepts, brand expansion levers, and geographical rollout strategies.
- Bridge online-to-offline (O2O) experiences, integrating e-commerce, food-tech delivery channels, loyalty platforms, and physical store footprint to build a seamless omnichannel flywheel.
2. Full-Funnel Execution & Optimization
- Lead growth experiments across customer acquisition, conversion rate optimization (CRO), activation, retention, and lifetime value (LTV) enhancement.
- Structure and manage the growth marketing budget, continuously optimizing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and payback periods across paid, organic, and offline media.
- Drive customer lifecycle strategies through personalized loyalty programs, localized promotional campaigns, and automated retention loops.
3. P&L & Commercial Management
- Maintain accountability over growth unit economics and contribute to building a healthy, scalable P&L.
- Monitor key financial metrics including Average Order Value (AOV), repeat purchase rate, store-level profitability, and campaign ROI.
- Conduct rigorous competitor analysis and market research to maintain a distinct competitive edge across all portfolio brands.
4. Cross-Functional Leadership & Data Infrastructure
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing growth team comprising specialists in digital marketing, analytics, brand growth, and customer lifecycle.
- Partner closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Merchandising, and Brand management teams to ensure frictionless strategy execution.
- Establish robust analytics infrastructure, dashboards, and growth experimentation frameworks (e.g., ICE scoring, weekly sprint execution) to inform company-wide decision-making.
