About Our Client:
Our client is a leading company in the logistics sector and is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to spearhead their customer acquisition efforts and drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Execution of New Customer Acquisition
- Develop hunting sales strategies to achieve new client acquisition targets.
- Execute prospecting approaches, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking to identify potential customers.
- Identify new business opportunities in the logistics sector, including transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding, and supply chain services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns.
- Sales Negotiation Management
- Manage sales processes and ensure effective follow-up with prospects.
- Conduct sales presentations, service demonstrations, and contract negotiations with potential clients.
- Prepare business proposals and competitive pricing strategies.
- Implement value-based selling strategies that highlight the company's service advantages over competitors.
- Monitoring Targets & Team Performance
- Set sales acquisition targets and ensure they are met according to company KPIs.
- Assist and mentor the Sales Hunter team in achieving individual and team targets.
- Report on sales progress, competitor analysis, and market trends to the Director.
- Client Relations & Business Development
- Build strong relationships with prospects and new clients to ensure their satisfaction post-onboarding.
- Collaborate with operational and customer service teams to ensure services meet new client expectations.
- Analyze potential business expansion into new segments or areas based on sales data and market feedback.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
- Possess a hunter mindset (proactively seeking new opportunities).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented with leadership qualities for team management.
- Understanding of pricing aspects, service level agreements (SLA), and business contract negotiation within the logistics industry.
