Main Responsibilities

  • Strategic Communications: Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that support business objectives and enhance corporate reputation.
  • Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to secure positive coverage.
  • Internal Communication: Design and implement internal communication programs to foster engagement, alignment, and a unified corporate culture.
  • Crisis Communication: Lead crisis communication planning and response, ensuring timely and effective messaging to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Content Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality content for press releases, executive speeches, company announcements, newsletters, and digital platforms.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all communication channels, both online and offline.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, HR, and operations, to ensure cohesive communication efforts.
  • Event Management: Support the planning and execution of corporate events, media briefings, and industry conferences.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Communicate the companys CSR initiatives and sustainability efforts to enhance public perception and stakeholder trust.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track media coverage, analyze communication effectiveness, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field (Masters preferred)
  • Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, preferably in technology, infrastructure, or B2B sectors
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful communication strategies
  • Strong media relations network and experience managing crisis communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with digital communication tools and platforms
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills
