Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Communications: Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that support business objectives and enhance corporate reputation.
- Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to secure positive coverage.
- Internal Communication: Design and implement internal communication programs to foster engagement, alignment, and a unified corporate culture.
- Crisis Communication: Lead crisis communication planning and response, ensuring timely and effective messaging to internal and external stakeholders.
- Content Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality content for press releases, executive speeches, company announcements, newsletters, and digital platforms.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all communication channels, both online and offline.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, HR, and operations, to ensure cohesive communication efforts.
- Event Management: Support the planning and execution of corporate events, media briefings, and industry conferences.
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Communicate the companys CSR initiatives and sustainability efforts to enhance public perception and stakeholder trust.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track media coverage, analyze communication effectiveness, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field (Masters preferred)
- Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, preferably in technology, infrastructure, or B2B sectors
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful communication strategies
- Strong media relations network and experience managing crisis communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with digital communication tools and platforms
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills
