About Our Client
Our client is a prominent investment holding company managing multiple subsidiaries across various offshore jurisdictions including Singapore and Hongkong and others. Operating primarily as a holding entity outside Indonesia, they focus on maintaining compliance, corporate secretarial duties, and ensuring smooth coordination with finance and external agents. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a complex, multinational environment with exposure to diverse regulatory frameworks.
Main Responsibilities
- Corporate Secretarial Support: Assist in maintaining corporate records, statutory registers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for multiple offshore entities.
- Compliance Monitoring: Prepare and submit quarterly compliance reports, coordinate with finance teams, and manage filings related to BKPM, OSS, and other regulatory bodies.
- Agent Coordination: Liaise with external agents handling offshore company matters, ensuring all compliance obligations are met timely and accurately.
- Legal & Regulatory Updates: Stay updated on relevant compliance regulations across jurisdictions such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Marshall Islands, and others; apply this knowledge to operational processes.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed and meticulous reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness for internal and external stakeholders.
- Notarial Support: Coordinate with notaries as required for corporate documentation and legal formalities.
- Operational Assistance: Support the operational side of corporate secretarial functions and compliance activities, ensuring smooth workflow within the holding company.
- Governance Support: Assist in determining impacted persons and reporting requirements under applicable regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work under supervision with a focus on strong work ethics, attention to detail, and continuous learning.
Qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in corporate secretarial, compliance, or related rolespreferably with exposure to offshore jurisdictions (Singapore, Hong Kong, or similar).
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must.
- Good work ethics, meticulous, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks with accuracy.
- Experience dealing with external agents and notaries is highly desirable.
- Bachelors degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
