HR Project & Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Manage and track key HR projects to ensure smooth execution and timely completion.
- Prepare reports and dashboards on HR performance, workforce trends, and key business metrics.
- Support business operations by analyzing HR-related data and providing actionable insights.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis for HR initiatives.
- Develop materials and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with different teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and provide recommendations.
- Handle ad-hoc business and HR-related tasks as assigned by the VP.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related fields.
- Experience in Strategy, Business Analyst, or HRBP Field within 1-2 years
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across different departments.
- Experience in HR project management, reporting, or business analysis is a plus.
