HR Project & Business Analyst 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track key HR projects to ensure smooth execution and timely completion.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards on HR performance, workforce trends, and key business metrics.
  • Support business operations by analyzing HR-related data and providing actionable insights.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis for HR initiatives.
  • Develop materials and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with different teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and provide recommendations.
  • Handle ad-hoc business and HR-related tasks as assigned by the VP.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related fields.
  • Experience in Strategy, Business Analyst, or HRBP Field within 1-2 years 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across different departments.
  • Experience in HR project management, reporting, or business analysis is a plus.
