Main Responsibilities
As the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will:
- Develop and Execute Strategy: Shape and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Market Analysis: Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
- Key Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare institutions, and strategic partners.
- Product Promotion: Oversee the launch and promotion of new products, ensuring effective positioning and brand awareness.
- Sales Target Achievement: Set ambitious sales targets and ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds them.
- Budget Management: Manage departmental budgets, monitor ROI, and optimize resource allocation for maximum impact.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product development, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior management.
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field (Masters degree is a plus)
- Minimum 8 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry
- Demonstrated success in leading and motivating teams to achieve sales targets
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian healthcare landscape and regulatory environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel as needed
