Main Responsibilities

As the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will:

  • Develop and Execute Strategy: Shape and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Market Analysis: Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
  • Key Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare institutions, and strategic partners.
  • Product Promotion: Oversee the launch and promotion of new products, ensuring effective positioning and brand awareness.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Set ambitious sales targets and ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds them.
  • Budget Management: Manage departmental budgets, monitor ROI, and optimize resource allocation for maximum impact.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product development, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior management.

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field (Masters degree is a plus)
  • Minimum 8 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry
  • Demonstrated success in leading and motivating teams to achieve sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian healthcare landscape and regulatory environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel as needed
