About Our Client:

Our client is a multinational FMCG company, a leader in the grain processing industry, known for its high-quality food ingredients and strong market presence. With a commitment to innovation and sustainability, they are expanding their marketing team and looking for a General Manager to drive brand growth and market penetration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve optimal performance.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Channel Management: Handle General Trade & Modern Trade channels effectively to drive sales.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Performance Monitoring: Evaluate individual and team performance against KPIs and provide actionable feedback.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and manage regional budgets in line with annual operating plans.
  • Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to improve team capabilities in product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales management within the FMCG sector (preferably food ingredients or grain processing) both B2B and B2C product.
  • Proven expertise in managing General Trade & Modern Trade channels.
  • Strong analytical skills for market research and forecasting.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams.
  • Willingness to be relocated within Bali and Manado.
