About Our Client:

With a commitment to innovation and sustainability, they are expanding their marketing team and looking for a General Manager to drive brand growth and market penetration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth
  • Brand Management: Lead brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling to strengthen market presence.
  • Product Marketing: Oversee go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with consumer trends and industry demands.
  • Market Research & Consumer Insights: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to optimize marketing initiatives.
  • Digital & Traditional Marketing: Drive both online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, trade marketing, and B2B/B2C promotions.
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional strategies that increase market penetration and revenue.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Stakeholder & Agency Management: Work with external agencies, media partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing within the FMCG sector (preferably in food ingredients or grain processing).
  • Proven track record in brand management, digital marketing, and trade marketing for B2B & B2C market.
  • Strong experience in market research, analytics, and consumer insights.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, preferably have managed more or less 100 team members.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
  • Familiarity with the food supply chain, distribution channels, and industry regulations.
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
