Role Overview:
We're looking for a Brand Manager with a strong background in lifestyle or culture-driven industries. You'll play a key role in shaping the brands voice, identity, and presence bringing it to life through compelling storytelling, strategic campaigns, and experiences that resonate with todays consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated brand strategies that position the platform as a culturally relevant and desirable brand
- Lead the creation of campaigns, activations, and content that inspire engagement and reflect the values of the audience
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, product) and external partners to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Identify trends and cultural opportunities to drive brand relevance and emotional connection
- Manage creative briefs and oversee production, ensuring high-quality execution
- Analyze brand performance and audience insights to inform future initiatives
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of brand marketing experience in lifestyle, culture, or youth-driven industries (e.g. beverages, fashion, entertainment, etc.)
- Proven ability to lead brand storytelling and campaign execution
- Strong cultural awareness and instinct for what drives engagement
- Agile, adaptable, and collaborative mindset
- Experience working with creative agencies and managing brand assets
