We're seeking an exceptional and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization into its next era of expansion and market leadership. The CEO will be responsible for defining and executing the company's strategic vision, driving profitable growth, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring operational excellence across all facets of the business. This role reports directly to the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Growth:

  • Develop and implement the overall strategic plan, business objectives, and long-term vision in alignment with Board directives.
  • Drive aggressive, sustainable, and profitable growth across all product categories and sales channels (e.g., modern trade, general trade, e-commerce, specialty).
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, product innovations, and strategic partnerships to expand market share and enhance brand equity.
  • Lead the company's digital transformation initiatives, leveraging data and technology to drive efficiency and consumer engagement.

Financial Performance & Operations:

  • Take full P&L ownership, ensuring robust financial performance, managing budgets, and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Oversee all operational aspects, including supply chain, manufacturing, R&D, sales, marketing, and human resources, to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Implement best-in-class operational practices, supply chain resilience, and cost management strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure rigorous compliance with all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and corporate governance policies.

Brand & Market Development:

  • Champion a consumer-centric approach, fostering deep insights to drive relevant innovation and impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Strengthen the company's brand portfolio, ensuring sustained leadership and consumer preference in a competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Drive market development programs to expand reach and penetrate new segments, including a focus on growing cohorts like Gen Z and specific consumer groups.

People & Culture:

  • Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing executive team and a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Foster an inclusive and empowering work environment that attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
  • Champion organizational agility, encouraging experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and fearless leadership.
  • Act as the primary public face of the company, representing its values and vision to employees, investors, partners, and the broader community.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in the Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, with at least 5-7 years in a CEO or General Manager capacity overseeing a significant P&L.
  • Proven track record of driving substantial revenue growth, market share gains, and profitability in competitive consumer markets.
  • Demonstrated success in turnaround situations and scaling businesses.
  • Strong strategic acumen with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and deliver results.
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian consumer market, including diverse consumer segments and retail channels.
  • Exceptional financial literacy with a strong grasp of P&L management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Experience in digital transformation, data-driven marketing, and e-commerce strategies within the consumer goods sector.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to inspire and manage large, diverse teams.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
  • Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
