As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at WireHire, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our executive search and recruitment services. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, client relationship management, and business development to expand our client portfolio.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement).
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines across industries.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies (headhunting, networking, digital platforms).
- Conduct market research and talent mapping.
- Identify and acquire new clients to expand business opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Negotiate contracts, recruitment fees, and service agreements.
- Provide expert market insights and recruitment strategies to clients.
- Advise clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, headhunting, or executive search.
- Proven track record in business development and client acquisition
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS, and LinkedIn sourcing.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and result-oriented mindset.
