About the job Head of Corporate Communication

We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Head of Corporate Communication to lead and elevate our companys brand presence across all internal and external touchpoints. This role will oversee the full spectrum of corporate communications, marketing strategies to drive brand alignment, thought leadership, and market engagement.

You will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to shape the narrative, manage reputation, and lead campaigns that reflect our company's values, vision, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate communication strategy, including media relations, crisis communication, internal communications, and executive messaging.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, industry stakeholders, and external agencies.
  • Serve as the company's spokesperson and lead communication efforts during key milestones or sensitive issues.
  • Oversee all marketing activities including brand development, digital marketing, campaign planning, and event coordination.
  • Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all platforms (website, social media, internal comms, etc.).
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform communication and marketing strategies.
  • Lead and grow a high-performing team across communications and marketing functions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align communication initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, media coverage, and campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field; Masters degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record in managing integrated communication and marketing strategies.
  • Strong media network and experience in handling public relations, crisis comms, and brand management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
