Depending on your experience level, youll be involved in candidate sourcing, stakeholder management, client servicing, and talent advisory across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: from briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, to offer management

  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and headhunting

  • Stay informed on candidate availability, market trends, and salary benchmark

  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with clients 

  • Ensure high-quality and timely delivery for each hiring project

  • Help candidates navigate their careers with honest, strategic advice

Open Roles Based on Experience:

Associate Consultant (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

  • Learn the end-to-end recruitment process and business development

  • Support consultants in sourcing, market research, and candidate communication

  • Great entry point to build a career in headhunting and talent advisory

Consultant (1-2 Years in Recruitment or HR)

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for junior to mid-level roles

  • Start building and managing client relationships

  • Deliver strong candidate experience and recruitment execution

Senior Consultant (3+ Years in Executive Search or Recruitment)

  • Lead senior and executive-level searches

  • Own and grow client accounts independently

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to business growth strategy
