About the job Chief Financial Officer - International FMCG
We are looking for a seasoned and globally minded Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial direction of a high-growth FMCG company. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in international consumer goods, and a proven track record managing finance functions both in Indonesia and global markets. This role is critical in aligning global financial strategies with local market execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all financial operations including FP&A, accounting, tax, treasury, internal controls, audit, and risk across multiple markets.

Partner with the CEO and global leadership team to drive business strategy, growth initiatives, and long-term planning.

Bring a global financial perspective while tailoring strategies to the Indonesian market and Southeast Asia region.

Drive commercial finance support across product lines: sales forecasting, trade spend optimization, pricing strategy, and channel profitability.

Ensure sound compliance, governance, and financial risk management across borders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, marketing, and operations to enhance cost efficiency and market responsiveness.

Lead transformation of financial systems and tools to enable real-time, data-driven decisions.

Build and nurture regional finance teams, championing a performance-driven and agile culture.

Oversee and support international reporting standards, and coordinate with global HQ and regional offices.
Requirements:

Proven experience as CFO or senior finance leader in a global consumer goods company (essential).

Solid exposure to both Indonesia and international markets, with hands-on experience operating in at least one other country (e.g., SEA, Europe, or global HQ role).

Minimum 15 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Strong business acumen in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Personal Care, or Retail sectors.

Deep understanding of multi-country operations, cross-border compliance, and transfer pricing strategies.

Expertise in ERP platforms (SAP highly preferred), financial modeling, and analytics tools.

Demonstrated success in building and leading diverse finance teams across countries.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA, CPA, or CA preferred.

Excellent communication skills in English; Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.

Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across cultural boundaries and matrix organizations.
