- Driving accountability: Establish clear KPIs and a robust performance management framework with a clear reward/punishment system.
- Championing employee engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive environment, connecting with staff at all levels.
- Investing in their people: Develop and implement targeted training and team-building initiatives.
- Bridging leadership and staff: Effectively communicate the CEO's vision and direction.
- Ensuring compliance: Navigate and implement all relevant government HR regulations.
- Attracting top talent: Lead strategic headhunting efforts to bring in high-caliber professionals.
- Building future talent: Drive university job fair initiatives to recruit quality fresh graduates.
- Managing union relationships: Leverage your experience in negotiating and collaborating with labor unions.
What You'll Bring:
- Significant experience as a Senior HR Manager, HR Director, or equivalent.
- Essential: Proven track record in the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Highly valued: Experience in related manufacturing sectors such as automotive and other related fields.
- Must-have: Demonstrable experience managing relationships with labor unions.
- Deep understanding of strategic HR and organizational development.
- Proven success in organizational restructuring and performance management.
