  • Attracting top talent: Lead strategic headhunting efforts to bring in high-caliber professionals.
  • Building future talent: Drive university job fair initiatives to recruit quality fresh graduates.
  • Managing union relationships: Leverage your experience in negotiating and collaborating with labor unions.

What You'll Bring:

  • Significant experience as a Senior HR Manager, HR Director, or equivalent.
  • Essential: Proven track record in the electronics manufacturing industry.
