Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate sales performance metrics, identify key trends, and provide actionable recommendations through detailed reports and presentations.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as territory planning, quota allocation, and forecasting.
  • Partner with marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with sales objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales compensation plans.
  • Implement sales enablement programs such as training sessions, playbooks, and other resources.
  • Simplify contract management processes, deal approvals, and pricing strategies to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business consulting, sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in creating reports, managing spreadsheets, and delivering impactful presentations. Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) and BI tools is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills paired with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
