We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Growth Manager to lead customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth strategies for our client. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to scale business operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for expansion.

  • Optimize digital marketing channels, including performance marketing, SEO, social media, and partnerships.

  • Implement data-driven experiments (A/B testing, funnel analysis, cohort analysis) to improve conversion rates and customer lifetime value.

  • Work closely with product, sales, and operations teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives.

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track metrics to measure the success of growth campaigns.

  • Drive innovation in customer engagement strategies, including loyalty programs and referral incentives.

  • Identify and develop new revenue streams and strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or business strategy, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, SQL, Excel, etc.).

  • Experience in managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).

  • Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and growth hacking tools.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
