About the job Growth Manager
We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Growth Manager to lead customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth strategies for our client. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to scale business operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for expansion.

Optimize digital marketing channels, including performance marketing, SEO, social media, and partnerships.

Implement data-driven experiments (A/B testing, funnel analysis, cohort analysis) to improve conversion rates and customer lifetime value.

Work closely with product, sales, and operations teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track metrics to measure the success of growth campaigns.

Drive innovation in customer engagement strategies, including loyalty programs and referral incentives.

Identify and develop new revenue streams and strategic partnerships.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or business strategy, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, SQL, Excel, etc.).

Experience in managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).

Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and growth hacking tools.
