  • Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and finance teams to ensure alignment on growth objectives.

  • Influence product development roadmaps based on customer insights and market needs.

  • Partner with marketing to refine positioning, branding, and customer engagement strategies

  • Provide thought leadership on best practices, trends, and innovations in growth strategy.

  • Mentor and develop internal teams to foster a data-driven and growth-oriented culture.

  • Drive strategic initiatives that enhance customer lifetime value, retention, and market positioning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

  • 10+ years of experience in a strategic growth, business development, or corporate strategy role.

  • Proven track record of scaling businesses through strategic planning and execution.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.

  • Expertise in market expansion, revenue modeling, and business strategy.

  • Experience working with C-level executives and influencing key business decisions.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
