Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients while nurturing strong relationships with existing accounts.
  • Build, manage, and convert a healthy sales pipeline to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and account management plans based on client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and service delivery for corporate clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements to identify new commercial opportunities.
  • Leverage existing networks to open doors and expand long-term corporate partnerships.
  • Prepare proposals, sales presentations, and business reports to support client engagement and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or commercial experience, preferably within healthcare, laboratory services, insurance/insurtech, or related industries.
  • Proven track record in acquiring and managing corporate accounts.
  • Strong professional network and high personal credibility within the corporate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Agile, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • High sense of ownership, accountability, and target-driven mindset.
  • Basic English proficiency for communications and reporting.
