About Our Client:
Our client is a growing company in the education industry that is passionate about creating meaningful and engaging learning experiences for students. As they continue to expand their learning programs, they are looking for a creative and thoughtful curriculum designer who can help translate learning goals into practical, engaging classroom experiences.
What You'll Do:

Design engaging and practical curricula by turning learning objectives into clear lesson plans and learning modules.

Review and improve existing curriculum so it remains effective, easy for teachers to implement, and exciting for students.

Support and mentor teachers on instructional best practices, helping them create more interactive and experiential learning environments.

Identify gaps in student engagement or learning outcomes and develop creative strategies to address them.

Work closely with product and academic teams to integrate technology and modern learning approaches into the curriculum.

Observe classroom implementation and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and consistency across programs.
What We're Looking For

Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field.

Around 3–5 years of teaching experience, with a strong understanding of student behavior and classroom dynamics.

Experience creating original teaching materials, programs, or innovative learning initiatives.

Familiarity with instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE or Backward Design.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers, academic teams, and product teams.

Curious, adaptable, and excited to keep up with evolving trends in education and learning.
