About Our Client:
Our client is a growing company in the education industry that is passionate about creating meaningful and engaging learning experiences for students. As they continue to expand their learning programs, they are looking for a creative and thoughtful curriculum designer who can help translate learning goals into practical, engaging classroom experiences.

What You'll Do:

  • Design engaging and practical curricula by turning learning objectives into clear lesson plans and learning modules.

  • Review and improve existing curriculum so it remains effective, easy for teachers to implement, and exciting for students.

  • Support and mentor teachers on instructional best practices, helping them create more interactive and experiential learning environments.

  • Identify gaps in student engagement or learning outcomes and develop creative strategies to address them.

  • Work closely with product and academic teams to integrate technology and modern learning approaches into the curriculum.

  • Observe classroom implementation and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and consistency across programs.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field.

  • Around 3–5 years of teaching experience, with a strong understanding of student behavior and classroom dynamics.

  • Experience creating original teaching materials, programs, or innovative learning initiatives.

  • Familiarity with instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE or Backward Design.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers, academic teams, and product teams.

  • Curious, adaptable, and excited to keep up with evolving trends in education and learning.
