We are a retail company specializing in household products, seeking a Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our social media presence. This role is hybrid: you will mostly hybrid working, but occasional attendance at our West Jakarta office is required for meetings, content creation, or coordination. The position is ideal for someone creative, proactive, and eager to develop their career in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily posting and activities across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).

  • Create engaging content (photos, short videos, reels, captions) to promote household products and campaigns.

  • Plan and organize content calendars in line with product launches and promotions.

  • Monitor account activity, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers.

  • Assist in collaborating with influencers or partners for promotional campaigns.

  • Track and report on basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers).

  • Stay updated with social media trends and suggest creative ideas relevant to household products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (fresh graduates welcome to apply).

  • At least 1 year of experience in social media management (internship/freelance also considered).

  • Basic skills in content creation (design, photography, video editing, and copywriting).

  • Familiar with simple editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar.

  • Knowledge of paid ads (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) is an advantage but not required.

  • Creative, proactive, and able to work both independently and with a team.

  • Willing to attend the office in West Jakarta when required.
